Request Management - Voting

If a request has been marked as "public" by the Supplier, then all customers can see the request and vote for the request. Customer votes can be used for Feature Requests to determine the popularity of a feature, or for an FAQ to determine the usefulness of that FAQ..


  • Customers can read & edit details of their own votes.
  • Customers with user administration permissions can read votes from all users in their organisation.
  • Supplier users can view all voting details.
